It’s that time of the year, dear readers. The dates for Identita’ Golose, the Italian food festival, have been announced!
New York: September 30th to October 3rd 2015
Chicago: October 6th to October 7th
Identita’ Golose is returning to New York for the sixth year and the roster of Italian and American chefs participating is great, as usual. Alongside Carlo Cracco, Massimo Bottura, Davide Scabin and Moreno Cedroni, you will be able to experience cooking classes and dishes prepared by Ugo Alciati, Vito Mollica, Fortunato Nicotra, Andrea Migliaccio (from Capri!), Rita Sodi and many more. And of course Mario Batali and Lydia Bastianich will be there too!
There are two ways to experience the Festival, that takes place at Eataly in New York and Chicago: You can take the head-to-head chef masterclasses or you can participate to one of the gala dinners featuring courses prepared by each chef.
