Comfort Food to Fight Cabin Fever

Comfort Food to Fight Cabin Fever

I’ve had enough of this winter, people! I have been snowed in, fell on the ice in the middle of the street, almost got bronchitis and have a rare case of dry skin. Can you tell I am upset? I’m done with the cold, snow, ice, wind, etc. From now on I’m locking myself in the apartment and will come out only to go to work. This winter is not for me and there won’t be any Moncler, Burberry, Canada Goose coat to persuade me that going out is worth it.

Given that Baby Lemonade is happy playing at home and the Pirate is the laziest couch potato, I think the family won’t suffer that much. The only problem is me, really. I get a bit restless. Why don’t you edit some videos, you might say? Yes I know I haven’t posted much but I am having technical problems and my Macbook is this close to kicking the bucket for good (more on that later).

So, I devised the perfect solution: I am going to cook up a storm to fight cabin fever. Who cares if I will eat all my calories allotment for the rest of the year in few weeks? I guess I’ll live of green smoothies for the rest of the century anyway so I’d better get going with the grocery shopping. And Thank God for Fresh Direct because I have no interest in dragging my groceries back home, either.
