I made a blueberry pie and I want to share the recipe with you! This is the recipe of the pie crust:
Pasta Frolla di Serena:
2 cups of all unbleached purpose flour
1/3 cup of white sugar
Put all the ingredients in a food processor and mix until a dough forms. Remove to a floured surface and fold the dough a couple of times with your hands, then flatten it between 2 pieces of parchment paper with a rolling pin. You can refrigerate and use the pasta frolla later or use it immediately by transferring in the pie dish and refrigerate for 30 minutes before cooking it at 375F for 15 minutes. (you refrigerate it first so it does not shrink in the oven!) OR you can fill it with your favourite jelly and make an old fashioned italian crostata.
