VideoRecipe: Salmon Cartoccio with Pear Arugula Salad

Dear Friends,

I have a new recipe on youtube! So many people asked me for a seafood recipe that it would have been unfair not to prepare something also for them. The recipe is very simple but incredibly tasty – this is what you would eat at a posh spa: Healthy, diet-friendly, fast and easy.

As you can see the layout of the video is different. These improvements are due to the new Apple MacBook that makes it easy to put together the presentation.  However I am not very good at movie editing with this software (yet…) so the recipe is missing. It is very self explanatory BUT if you really want to play it by the rules, the recipe follows.

  • 1/2 lb. wild alaskan salmon per person,
  • Salt & Pepper,
  • Arugula,
  • 1 pear,
  • lemon juice,
  • 2 tbsp of pine nuts
  • a simple lemon vinaigrette
